The Tides Inn Living Shoreline is a cornerstone of our waterfront and a reflection of our commitment to the Chesapeake Bay. As part of our renovation, we created the largest living shoreline on the East Coast, replacing bulkheads with native grasses and oyster shell to reduce erosion, improve water quality and create habitat.
