He’ll also speak to how to store fresh herbs to prolong their integrity and flavor. Next, he’ll turn your attention to the art of balancing a classic vinaigrette. If you see a delivery of fresh oysters arrive in the kitchen, ask Chef for a few tips on classic mignonettes as well.
