Farm to Fork
At the Tides Inn, soil and sea shape every plate. .Join lead Farmer Patrick and our culinary team to explore the farm, harvest seasonal vegetables and herbs, then return to the kitchen to create a vibrant salad. Learn the art of balancing a classic vinaigrette. A hands-on experience rooted in the Chesapeake and distinctly Tides.
A Curated Wine Experience
Led by our Food & Beverage Manager and in-house sommelier, Marshall, this tasting features a curated selection of five wines from renowned regions around the world. Guests will explore the stories behind each pour, from vineyard practices to winemaking techniques, gaining a deeper understanding of how place and process shape every glass.
Pasta Making
Join us as we explore the art of pasta making. A member of our culinary team will guide you step-by-step on how to make your own fresh pasta and prepare a delectable dish in the new Marsh Room at Salt & Meadow.
