During our new Paddleboard Yoga class, perfect your poses while you strengthen your core on the water. Open to all-levels of experience, this class will offer you the opportunity to flow, breathe, and be in nature.

Morning Yoga

Wake up wonderfully with Morning Yoga where you may set intentions for the rest of your day. This class includes 30 minute of postures that will warm, strengthen and align your body.

Mat Pilates

Start your morning off right with a introduction to a Pilates mat class. Here we will focus on balance and core strength that help improve day to day activities.


Our signature class is a fusion of restorative positions enhanced with therapeutic touch by a licensed massage therapist. Guests relax in these positions on a mat for up to 10 minutes while the therapist performs therapeutic massage techniques to deepen the practice. *Time of session depends on size of class.

Designed for the wellness and outdoor enthusiasts, the shoreline sweat will bring you close to nature and closer to your fitness goals.

Personal Training

With a capacity of only two guests, Cardio & Strength is a personalized, fast-paced workout that combines the benefits of cardiovascular and strength training. These two elements will help your body build muscle, endurance, and metabolic strength. The workout will be bouts of intermittent cardio in conjunction with weightlifting and body weight movements. We will begin and end with a cool down segment as well. Training is personalized to you and customized to fit your needs.

Fitness Center & Complimentary Classes

Our Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day and enjoys views of Carter’s Creek. Join us for one of the complimentary classes held here or outside in warmer months.
