Morning Stretch
Start your morning in nature and experience ultimate relaxation. Meet at the fitness center. Complimentary with the resort fee.

Total Body Sculpt
This class will increase flexibility, and muscular stamina, and get the blood flowing without the use of heavy weights or equipment. This is an ideal class for anyone healing from muscular injuries, in need of flexibility training, or just looking for a good calorie burn.

Stand-up Paddleboard Yoga
During our new Paddleboard Yoga class, perfect your poses while you strengthen your core on the water. Open to all-levels of experience, this class will offer you the opportunity to flow, breathe, and be in nature.

Morning Yoga
Wake up wonderfully with Morning Yoga where you may set intentions for the rest of your day. This class includes 30 minute of postures that will warm, strengthen and align your body.

Shoreline Sweat
Designed for the wellness and outdoor enthusiasts, the shoreline sweat will bring you close to nature and closer to your fitness goals.

Personal Training
Build muscle, endurance and metabolic strength during a private Cardio and Strength class (limited to two guests). The personalized workout combines bouts of cardio with weightlifting and bodyweight movements, plus a warm-up and cool down.

Fitness Center & Complimentary Classes
Our Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day and enjoys views of Carter’s Creek. Join us for one of the complimentary classes held here or outside, or hop on a Peloton bike and ride along.
