Cove Room

A meeting space rooted in the natural environment of the Chesapeake Bay region; The Cove Room is the largest event space at the Tides Inn at 2,500 square feet. The space offers a stunning coastline backdrop of the water with private terrace complete with firepits. The ballroom is divisible into two configurations and offers floor to ceiling windows with access to the outdoors.

View Room
The View Room features wall-to-wall windows framing our sweeping waterfront views. We invite you to join us in the mornings for  barista-made coffee drinks and tea, or for wine, local craft beer and signature cocktails during happy hour. With comfortable couches, armchairs and a fireplace, the room serves as a warm and convivial gathering place.
Osprey Room

The Osprey Room encompasses 1.038 square feet and is adjacent to the View Room. The Osprey Room is ideal for social gatherings as well as corporate meetings. Floor to ceiling windows along two walls provide light and relaxing views of the natural surroundings.

Cardinal Room

Conveniently located adjacent to the View Room with access to the outdoors, this space is ideal for planning meetings, office space and impromptu breakouts.

The Sun Room

The Sun Room is Salt & Meadow’s perfectly named private dining room. Ideal for that special place for meals, separate from the meeting space.

The Marsh Room

The Marsh Room is the new private dining room of Salt & Meadow Restaurant; Its moody, dark green walls emulate the wetlands of our area. With a built-in bar, it’s ideal for cocktail receptions and smaller, intimate dinners. For speeches and presentations, the doors to the room can be closed, or for extra light from the adjacent Sun Room, they can remain open. Tables can be arranged to suit your group’s needs.

Sunset Bluff

The bluff is connected to the resort through the shoreline path, allowing groups to enjoy this area for a cocktail hour, then back to the beach for a dinner. Located high above the water, the Sunset Bluff lives up to its name with stunning views of the coastal surroundings.

Steps from the water, the beach is a memorable event space for a reception, dinner or evening bonfire. The sandy beach provides an atmosphere that can be dressed up for a formal event, or kept casual for a low-country boil.
